Q1: What is the Warranty for lift tables?

A1:   1 year for all the electric parts, and 2 years for metal parts, especially for non-human factor.

Q2: Do you sell desk frame only or with table top together?

A2:  Generally we are just selling frame only. If you really need, we can offer table top together.

Q3:  What is detail information for metal compoments?

A3:   2.0mm thick,power>=130um,metal composition is Q235.

Q4:  Do your products have certificates of certification?

A4:   Yes, we have. All our products are in US standard, are produced according to CN

       standard, so most of our products are certificated with CE, ROHS,UL, QC,etc. 

Q5:  What is your payment term?

A5:  T/T, Above 35% deposit, the balance before shipment. Accept LC in some countries. 

       As for the samples,  you only pay 100% .

Q6:  Can you accept customized?

A6:  Yes, we can. Please confirm with us your CAD drawings.

Q7:  What the aperture of the hole in desk foot?

A7:  8mm or 10mm, according to the different item you required.

Q8:  What is your delivery time?

       And which transport mode do you choose?

A8:  According to the quantities,15-20 days in normal. Please inform us in advance if an 

      order need to be sped up or an big order. For small order , normally we will deliver

      the products by DHL or FEDEX. For an big order, we will confirm with you to arrange 

      delivery by sea.
